  • Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order is prepared for shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

  • You can use the tracking number to follow your package’s journey until delivery.

  • If tracking status doesn’t update for several days, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

  • If your package shows as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or any alternate delivery locations first.

  • For damaged or missing items, contact us within 5 business days of delivery date with photos or details. We will investigate and work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Refunds, replacements, or store credit will depend on the circumstance and proof provided.
